Report a Card Lost/Stolen

Please let us know as soon as you notice your card is missing.

To report your Card Lost/Stolen:

You can visit any CNB branch location during normal business hours or call us at 432-262-1600. If you need to report your card lost or stolen after hours, please call us at 432-262-1600 or toll-free at 866-620-8660 and select the debit card help option.

Next Steps:

  • You should also contact the local police department to report your items lost or stolen.
  • Monitor your account for any fraudulent charges.
  • Contact us to get a replacement card.
